Ralf Hauptmann ( born September 20, 1968 in Eberswalde ) is a former German football player.

Player

Ralf Hauptmann was already successful before he played with Dynamo Dresden after the fall of the wall in the Bundesliga. In 1993 he joined the 1st FC Cologne, he was one of the first East German players who signed a contract with the club. In the eight years in the cathedral city he was long also captain of the team. His coach in Cologne were among others Morten Olsen, Peter Neururer and Bernd Schuster.

After playing career

Captain was the 2003 course for trainers A license of the DFB. From 2004 to 2008 he studied "General Management ", where he earned his Master's (MBA). From 2008 to 2010 he headed the youth academy of SG Dynamo Dresden. Since 2012, Captain is the head of the newly formed Football School of SG Dynamo Dresden.
