The Ramat Gan Stadium (Hebrew איצטדיון רמת - גן ) is the national stadium of Israel in Ramat Gan, a suburb of Tel Aviv.

The sports complex was completed in 1951 and is equipped with 41,583 seats at the same time the largest and most modern stadium in Israel. It is the only one that met the requirements of FIFA for Champions League matches and World Cup qualifiers. All Israeli clubs that qualify for the Champions League, play their home games from here. Examples are Maccabi Tel Aviv in the 2004/2005 season and Maccabi Haifa in the season 2009/10.

There are currently plans to demolish the stadium and replace it with a larger, to make room for about 70,000 spectators. This new building will cost about 100 million U.S. dollars and is to be realized in the years 2011 and 2012.
