Ramey is the name of a former missile launch site and an Air Force Base of the USAF in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. There are some sounding rockets of the type Jason were launched in support of Operation Argus in the summer of 1958.
The base is now operated by the U.S. Coast Guard as a CGAS Borinquen. The civil portion used by operating under the name Rafael Hernandez Airport.
