Ramon Berenguer III. of Provence ( * 1135, † 1166 in Nice ) was from 1144, Count of Provence.

His father and predecessor was Raimund Berengar I of Provence. On November 17, 1161 he married Richeza. Her daughter Dulcia took over the succession.
