Randall L. Tobias

Randall L. Tobias ( born March 20, 1942 in Remington, Indiana ) is a former American government official. He was the head of the U.S. Development Agency United States Agency for International Development. Previously, he worked among others at Eli Lilly and Company. He resigned on April 27, 2007 after a connection to the call-girl ring from Deborah Jeane Palfrey had become known.

In 2005 he received the Positive Ally Award from the National Association of People with AIDS.
