Randi Bakke

Randi Nilsine Bakke, married. Gjertsen ( born October 29, 1904 in Oslo, † 21 MAY 1984 Nesodden ) was a Norwegian figure skater, which was launched in pair skating.

As a figure skater Randi Bakke joined with Christian Christensen to pair skating. Together they were from 1929 to 1936 eight times in a row Norwegian champions. Twice she took part in the World Championships. 1933 in Stockholm, she won the bronze medal behind the Hungarians Emília Rotter and László Szollás and the Austrians Idi Papez and Karl Zwack. The following year they finished in fifth place in Helsinki. In their single Olympics Bakke and Christensen 1936, in Garmisch -Partenkirchen Fifteenth.
