Randolph is a town in Rich County in the northern part of the U.S. state of Utah directly on the border with Wyoming.
Location
Randolph is located above the Bear River in a remote part of the Bear River Range at an altitude of 1917 meters and can be reached by road from Woodruff after Diamondville.
Population
The small town, which includes a community area of 2.6 km ², has 472 inhabitants (as of July 2005), over 99 % of the population are white. The per capita income is $ 13,477 per year, 14.0 % of the population live below the poverty line. Randolph living from management of ranch operations.
History
Randolph was founded on 14 March 1870 by a group of Mormon pioneers among Randolph H. Stewart, after which the town was named.

Randolph has 2 schools, the South Rich Elementary School ( 100 students) and the Rich High ( about 150 students).
Attractions
In the center is a church community of faith of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, on the western edge is a small cemetery and a park. Randolph is the seat of the county court, which is housed in a simple, modern construction.
Personalities
From Randolph comes David M. Kennedy (1905-1996), who was Secretary of the Treasury 1969-1971.
