Raoni Metuktire (* 1930 in Mato Grosso, Brazil ) is a chief of the Kayapo people, who lives in the Brazilian states of Mato Grosso and Pará. He has become an internationally known symbol of Through his commitment to the preservation of the Amazon rainforest and the indigenous cultures.
