Geography

The community in the Western Erzgebirge is situated on the creeks Mittweida and Pöhlwasser and surveys dog torture back, on which the upper reservoir of the pumped storage power plant markers Bach is, Emmler and Sheep Mountain.

History

After protracted controversy, the decisions necessary for resolution of the administrative community Raschau marker Bach Poehla were taken in the course of 2007. The agreement to merge the two communities Raschau and markers Bach was signed after the necessary legitimation by council decisions on 26 October 2007 by the two incumbent mayor Henry Solbrig and Manfred Meyer.

Mayor
