Rasmus liquor Schmidt ( born June 20, 1991 Randers ) is a Danish handball player.
Career
The back player is since the 2013/14 season at the German Bundesliga club THW Kiel under contract .. He previously played for Danish club Bjerringbro - Silkeborg.
For the Danish national liquor Rasmus Schmidt stood in the extended squad for the World Cup 2011. A year later, he took part in the European Championship, won Denmark. In summer 2012, he participated in the Olympic Games in London. In 2013, he finished second at the World Championships with Denmark.
On November 2, 2013, withdrew in a test match of the national team to initiate a tear of the posterior cruciate ligament of the right knee to. At the European Championships in 2014, he was in the squad, but was not used. On March 2, 2014 he suffered in the Bundesliga game in Melsungen a tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
