Rastislav Michalík

Rastislav Michalík ( born January 14, 1974 in Čadca ) is a Slovak football player.

Michalik began his career with his hometown club ZZO Čadca. From Čadca out he moved to Považska Bystrica. His next stop was Banská Bystrica. Then Michalik changed for the first time abroad for Czech club SK Železárny Třinec. The defensive midfielder played after his time in Třinec at Dukla Pribram, before moving to Slovan Liberec in 2000. In 2001 he came to the top club Sparta Prague where he stayed until 2005. 2005 Michaliks change came to Kayseri in Turkey. Since the 2005/06 season, the midfielder played for SV Ried in Austria. For the game round in 2007 /08 he joined the Slovak football club FC Spartak Trnava.

Michalik has played 20 times for the Slovak national football team.
