Rastko Stojkovic (born 12 July 1981 in Belgrade, then Yugoslavia) is a Serbian handball player. He plays since December 2013 when Belarusian Association Meshkov Brest on the circle.

Previously, he had short positions at Red Star Belgrade and Al Rayyan in Qatar. From 2009 to 2013 he played with the Polish club KS Kielce, with which he could draw in 2013 in the EHF Champions League to the Final Four tournament. Between 2006 and 2009 he played at the Bundesliga HSG Nordhorn. Previously, he played for one season at VfL Pfullingen. The Handball professional has learned the handball matches in youth at Red Star Belgrade and later became the club national champion.

Stojkovic weighs 95 kg and has completed 35 junior internationals for Serbia and Montenegro. For the Serbian national team, he is in the extended squad for the World Cup 2011; until December 2013, he played 65 international matches in which he threw 138 goals.
