Rasuwa District

Rasuwa is one of 75 districts in Nepal. It is located in the Bagmati Zone. At the 2001 census, it had 44,731 inhabitants; 2011, there were 43,300.
In Langtang mountain range in Rasuwa is a known Hochgebigs trekking area that is closest to Kathmandu. The northern part of the district belongs mostly to the Langtang National Park.
