Raul Arnemann
Raul Arne Mann ( born January 23, 1953 in Pärnu, Estonian SSR) is a former Soviet rowers Estonian origin.

Raul Arne Mann began his career in 1969 as a rower. From 1971 to 1976 he lived and trained in Moscow. At the World Championships in 1974 and 1975 Arne man was together with Nikolai Kuznetsov, Posdejew and Anuschawan Gassan - Dschalilow second in the coxless four. In 1978 he became vice - world champion in the men's eight.
