The Rauma is a steep wild river in the Norwegian provinces of More og Romsdal and Oppland. It flows through the scenic mountain valley ( Romsdal ) and empties into the Romsdalsfjorden Åndalsnes later. Quiet lake-like stretches alternate with strong splinted downhill.

Leisure

The Rauma is one of the great salmon rivers in Norway. At the same time he is one of the most difficult whitewater kayaking waters in the country.
