Ray Corrigan ( Ray " Crash" Corrigan, actually, Raymond Bernard, born February 14, 1902 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; † August 10, 1976 in Brookings Harbor, Oregon ) was an American actor.

Life

Subsequently, he was one of the Three Mesquiteers, a B- Western series of the studio; he joined in the first 24 films in appearance.

Since its Republic Gage did not want to raise, he did not renew his contract in May 1938, but went to Monogram, where it was used again in a " group show," the Range Busters movies; Corrigan has appeared in 20 episodes of this series. He concluded then from no fixed contract more. Since he bought in 1937 in Simi Valley Country ( Corriganville ) and a ranch had built, he could live off of this for rent for film shooting; In 1949 he opened the farm to the public and arranged shows in which occurred several of his former companions.

Nevertheless, he remained connected to the movie; a monkey costume in his possession was often used as a prop, and Corrigan joined in a number of films, even in this costume on. He died in 1976 of a heart attack.
