Raymond Kennedy

Raymond Arthur Kennedy ( born March 3, 1934 in Wilbraham, Hampden County, Massachusetts, † February 18, 2008 in Brooklyn, New York City ) was an American writer.

Kennedy was among other employees at the Encyclopedia Americana and taught from 1982 to 2006 Creative Writing at New York's Columbia University. Of his eight novels published in the German-speaking Lulu Incognito and high on horseback. The last publication in German during his lifetime in 2006 was the amendment on the edge of the world.

Kennedy lived nearly fifty years at Manhattan, New York. He was married twice and left a daughter from his second marriage. Kennedy died of a stroke.
