Re-Edit

A Re -Edit (English for revision ) describes in audio engineering a modified version of a song, which is achieved by rearrangement, repetition or by removing some points of the original recording. For example, a chorus is lined up behind each other several times, or extend the length of a break- section. As well as remixes Re - Edits occur mainly in electronic dance music. In contrast to the remix, or mashup, song exclusively own sounds for the processing to be used in the re-edit.
