Re-Flex

Re-Flex were a British New Wave band. It was founded in the early 1980s at the height of the New Romantic wave.

History

Music and style of the band were heavily influenced by artists such as Heaven 17, Gary Numan and David Bowie. The only big hit of her career ended up Re-Flex with their single The Politics of Dancing. The song captured in the fall of 1983, the first radio stations, clubs and charts in the USA. When the producers of the teen film Footloose, he was shortlisted for the soundtrack. With some delay, the single in early 1984 has been renowned in the charts in their home country. On this success, the band was not able. After recording a second album they broke up in 1985.

In 2010, the band released on its website a box with six CDs containing that once not published by EMI second album " Humanication " next to the first album and other remix and rarities CDs.
