Rebecca Moesta

Rebecca Moesta ( born November 17, 1956 in Heidelberg, Germany ) is an American writer. She co-authored with her ​​husband Kevin J. Anderson several novels in the Star Wars universe.

Life

Rebecca Moesta has four siblings, two brothers and two sisters.

Her first marriage ended in divorce after eleven years in 1990. From this comes their son Jonathan. Since September 14, 1991, she is married to her second husband Kevin J. Anderson.

Born to American parents in Germany, she grew up from age six to Pasadena in the U.S. state of California. There she attended high school. She graduated from California State University with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts.

Later, when she lived with her first husband in Darmstadt, she received her Master of Science degree in Business Administration. While staying in Germany, her son was born.

As she took a job at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in 1989, where she founded a science fiction club, where she met her second husband.

After she married Kevin J. Anderson, they began to work together to write novels and so, inter alia, her novels from the Star Wars universe originated.

Together with her husband she runs the company Word Fire, Inc..
