Rebecca Ward

Rebecca " Becca " Ward (born 7 February 1990 in Grand Junction, Colorado) is an American saber fencer.

Rebecca Ward won the 2005 already as a 15 -year-old in Leipzig at the World Championships the title with the team. In individual she finished fifth. The following year she was in an individual in Turin World Champion and silver medalist with the team. Far worse was the World Championships in 2007 ran for the U.S. citizen. In St. Petersburg it was in the single 17 with the team and seventh. Between 2006 and 2008 she was also able to win ten times World Cup events and was three times second and a third time.

At the 2008 Summer Olympics Rebecca Ward was the bronze medal in Beijing at the triple success of the United States behind their teammates Mariel Zagunis and Sada Jacobson. In the decisive battle to Ward sat 15-14 hits through against the Russian Sofija Welikaja.
