Rech (newspaper)

Retsch (Russian Речь, 's speech ) is the name of a Russian newspaper of the Constitutional- Democratic Party, the March in Saint Petersburg since 23 Februarjul. / 8 1906greg. , edited by Pavel Nikolayevich Milyukovs and IW Hesse was issued.

The newspaper represented the interests of the bourgeoisie in Russia. It was by the St. Petersburg Military Revolutionary Committee on 26 Oktoberjul. / November 8 1917greg. prohibited. After three weeks, the newspaper was published again and appeared to August 1918, the name Nasha Retsch, Swobodnaja Retsch, Wek, Novaya Retsch and Nash Wek.
