Reckless (English for " Reckless " ) is the fourth studio album by Canadian rock singer Bryan Adams, released in October 1984. It remains one of his most successful albums and gave Adams the big breakthrough. It also includes with Summer of '69 one of his most popular songs. Kids Wanna Rock, in turn, is one of the most popular songs and is the most rocking and hardest and the fastest played number. The LP also contains the most and longest solos.

Background

In June 1983, Bryan Adams took to the song Heaven, which first appeared on the soundtrack for the film A Night in Heaven in the same year. Both Adams and producer Jimmy Iovine who initially opposed the release of the song on Reckless, since it did not seem to fit into the musical concept. Adams himself at the last moment changed his opinion.

The rest of the songs on the album, he took after the tour for this album Cuts Like a Knife from March to August 1984. All songs from the album Reckless Adams wrote with Jim Vallance. From the album could be sold more than 13 million copies to date. The songs of the album are enjoying great popularity until today. So appear about 1993 on the full 14 songs compilation So Far So Good, six of the ten songs from Reckless on this compilation.
