Redlands is a city in San Bernardino County in the U.S. state of California, United States, with 68,800 inhabitants ( 2004). The geographic coordinates are: 34.06 ° N, 117.17 ° West. The metropolitan area has a size of 92.5 km ².
Due to the city is the El Camino Real.
Educational institutions
The city has a university ( University of Redlands ) with a bulldog as a mascot. Here taught, inter alia, Frederick Mayer.
In addition, there are two high schools, which Redlands High School and the only nearly 5 -year-old Redlands East Valley High School. The nearly century-old tradition School RHS has the Boston Terrier and the newer teaching facility REVHS the wildcat as the school's own coat of arms and mascot animal.
