Reflections at Keppel Bay

Reflections in Keppel Bay, Singapore is a luxury residential project on the banks with a total of approximately 84,000 m² of living space and 750 m coast. It was completed in 2011 and 1129 residential units.

The design was designed by Daniel Libeskind, who also created the master plan for the World Trade Center Memorial.

Design and construction

The series of undulating towers is the focal point of this project. These elegant curving forms of alternating heights create graceful openings and gaps between the structures, all of which have great views of the harbor, Sentosa, the golf course and Mount Faber.

The design consists of two different typologies of living space: the lower villas blocks along the waterfront and the skyscrapers that look past lying directly behind the low-rise over this. The artistic composition of swaying by the wind buildings, together with the different types of buildings, creates an airy, light-filled grouping of short and long structures. These forms of permanent relocation create an experience in which each level feels unique. There are no two apartments and each apartment offers a different perspective for the room. The result of this construction is a fundamental shift in the life in a high rise, where individuality and difference is not sacrificed.
