The Regensburg train station Hauptbahnhof ( Hbf Regensburg ) is the largest train station in the city of Regensburg.

Location

The Regensburg Central Station is located on the southern edge of the Old Town close to the renowned St. Emmeram. Front of the station there is a taxi stand and the regional bus station, a short distance from the central public transport hub " Bustreff Albert Street ". History

Regensburg was 1859, when the Royal privileged Actiengesellschaft the Bavarian Ostbahnen joined the Eastern Bavaria metropolis with Nuremberg and Munich, its first rail connection.
