Reggie Lucas

Reginald Grant " Reggie " Lucas ( born February 25, 1953) is an American musician, songwriter and music producer. Lucas was known as a producer of Madonna's 1983 erschienenem debut album as well as his collaboration with drummer Mtume and as a member of Miles Davis' band in the first half of the 1970s.

Life

Lucas began his career as an R & B guitarist. He played with Billy Paul in the early 1970s with Miles Davis from 1972 to 1976, heard on albums such as In Concert Get Up with It and Pangaea.
