Sir Reginald Thomas Tower KCMG; CVO ( born September 1, 1860 † January 21, 1939 in Canterbury, England ) was a British diplomat who served as Ambassador to Mexico ( 1906-1911 ) and as High Commissioner of the League of Nations in the Free City of Danzig ( 1919-1920 ) held the.

After entering the Diplomatic Corps Tower in 1885 served as attaché in Constantinople Opel. His ministry led him on to Madrid, Berlin, Washington, Beijing and Siam. From 1903 to 1906 he served as Minister Resident of the British kingdom to the Kingdom of Bavaria and the Kingdom of Württemberg. Since 1906, Tower was ambassador to Mexico. Through its donation in 1907 the first football tournament was held to his Cup " Copa Tower" in Mexico. Tower left Mexico in 1911 and was knighted ( Knight).
