The Regis University is a Roman Catholic university in Denver, Colorado. It was founded in 1877 by the Congregation of the Jesuits. At Regis University about 16,000 students are enrolled. The university is a member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. The university has a 19 -year ranking in a row as a top school in the western United States.


The University has several locations in Colorado:

  • Lowell northwest of Denver ( Central Campus )
  • Colorado Springs
  • Denver Tech Center
  • Broomfield (Colorado).


The sports teams of the Regis University are the Rangers. The university is a member of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference.
