Regla Bell

Regla Maritza Bell ( born July 6, 1970 in Havana ) is a Cuban volleyball national team.

Regla Bell won with the Cuban national team three times in a row, the gold medal at the Olympic Games in 1992, 1996 and 2000, as well as two gold medals at the World Championships in 1994 and 1998.

Regla Bell played until 1998 in her home in Ciudad Havana. Then she played in Italy, initially for a short stint in 1998 in Naples and after two years with Despar Perugia, with whom she won the Italian Cup and the 2000 European Cup Winners' Cup in 1999.

Following the resignation of the national team and a two-year break Regla Bell played since 2002 in several Spanish clubs. In between she was in the 2009/10 season at São Caetano Esporte Clube and since 2012 in Indonesia at Manokwari Valeria.
