Reichweiler

Reichweiler is a municipality in the district of Kusel, in Rhineland -Palatinate. It belongs to the municipality Kusel.

Geography

Reichweiler lies at the foot of the mountains in the West Prussian Rich on the border of Saarland. Neighboring municipalities are Eckersweiler, Herchweiler and Pfeffelbach well as the village black earth in neighboring Saarland.

History

1816 Reichweiler the Principality of Lichtenberg, a newly exclave of the duchy of Saxe -Coburg -Saalfeld, respectively in 1826 the duchy of Saxe -Coburg and Gotha.
