Reinhard Rack

Reinhard Rack ( born August 7, 1945 in Leoben ) is ÖVP politician and former Member of the European Parliament.

After studying law and interpreting studies at the University of Graz, the habilitation was made in 1976 and is since 1980 Professor of Constitutional, Administrative and European law.

From 1994 to 1995, Rack Member of Parliament from 1995 to 2009 he was a member of the European Parliament. He was a member of the Austria Convention and the European Convention. Since 1969, he is married to wife Gerhild and has two sons.
