Renault Monasix
The Renault Monasix is an automobile that was manufactured by Renault in the period 1927-1931. He is the little sister model of the Renault Mona Stella and was used until 1962 as a taxi in Paris.
Specifications
The Monasix is 3700 mm long and 1550 mm wide. He has a six-cylinder engine with 1476 cc, made of 8 to 12.5 hp. It was only in 1928, Renault built a more powerful engine. The weight was 1350 kg. Renault built mainly in three body styles: the sedan, the convertible and the van.
Species
There are four types of Monasix.
- RY = radiator in position of the motor
- RY = 1 radiator in position of the motor
- RY 2 = elimination of the side vents on the bonnet
- Separated RY 3 = heating in the position of the engine, front seats
