Rencontres d'Arles

The Rencontres d' Arles are an integral part of the cultural calendar of the southern French town of Arles. The photo exhibition has been organized since 1969 annually in the summer weeks from July to August in the historic buildings of the city of Arles or buildings in the immediate neighborhood place and shows works by internationally renowned artists and creative artists. In the summer of 2012 74.000 visitors were counted in 60 solo exhibitions. According to art, the festival is one of the most famous and important in the world. The program is varied, ranging from fashion to documentary exhibits. The highlight of the festival is the presentation of " Rencontres d' Arles Award".

The 46th edition of the photo exhibition " Les Rencontres d' Arles 2014" will take place between September 21, 2014 July 7.
