Renny Quow

Renny Quow ( born August 25, 1987, Tobago ) is a track and field athlete from Trinidad and Tobago who goes to the starting line in the 400 -meter run.

His first international appearance was Quow at the World Championships in Helsinki in 2005, when he was a member of the 4x400 - meter relay team of his country in the final. The following year, he won at the Junior World Championships with a time of 45.04 seconds and the gold medal in the same year in his homeland for the first time national champion over 400 meters.

In the 2007 season he missed the finals at the World Championships in Osaka, both in individual races, as well as with the relay. In August 2008, he celebrated his debut at Beijing Summer Olympics.
