Repeat Offender (English: repeat offenders ) is the second studio album by Richard Marx, released in July 1989 and Marx gave a major breakthrough.

History

After fourteen months of recording sessions on his first album, Richard Marx wrote in 1988 a number of songs for the second album. The capstone of the recordings for Repeat Offender he put with the song Right Here Waiting, through this song he made his international breakthrough at the time and wore the sales success of the album. From the album over four million copies were selling.
