Reshma Shetty

Reshma Shetty ( born November 2, 1977 in Manchester ) is an American- British actress of Indian descent.

Training

Shetty was the daughter of Indian immigrants and grew up in England and Richmond. You first began to study medicine at James Madison University, but success in vocal competitions they caused to change their major. She graduated with the B. A. in Opera Performance from. She then studied at the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Master of Music in Performance. Then she moved to the College Conservatory of Music Cincinnati, where she obtained in 2005 her Artist Diploma in Opera.

Career

Shetty 2006 played the lead female role in the tour of the musical Bombay Dreams. She also starred in the Off- Broadway play Rafta Rafta. Since 2009, Shetty is seen in the television series Royal Pains radio station USA Network. She plays the Medical assistant Divya Katdare.

It is also occasionally guest participant of the satire show Red Eye w / Greg Gutfeld of Fox News Channel transmitter.

Private

Shetty currently lives in New York City, where parts of Royal Pains be rotated. She has been married since March 19, 2011 with the actor Deep Katdare, who already appeared with her in the musical Bombay Dreams. Reshma has a younger sister, Rashna Shetty.
