Resolution plc

Resolution plc, was an insurance company from the United Kingdom, headquartered in London. Resolution was established in September 2005 through the merger of Resolution Life Group Limited and Britannic Group plc. 2006 Resolution acquired the life insurance business by the company, Abbey National.

Resolution plc was acquired by Pearl Group in May 2008.
