Resource Construction Set

The Resource Construction Set (RCS ) is a system developed by Atari computer program that lets you create elements of the graphical user interface "Graphical Environment Manager " in a WYSIWYG editor and was able to incorporate into their own programs.

The structure of the menus and dialogs is stored in a so-called. RSC file that can be modified independently of the program file. Thus, changes or translations of the user interface can be made without recompiling the program.
