Restaurant Magazine

The Magazine Restaurant is a British magazine, published monthly. It is aimed primarily at restaurant owners and chefs and appears at William Reed Business Media Ltd.. Its editor is since mid-2010 William Drew.

The magazine organized annually since 2002, the publication of the list of The World 's 50 Best Restaurants. For this, the world is divided into 26 regions, each are 36 professionals responsible. These include problems Restaurant critics and chefs such as Paul Bocuse, Ferran Adrià and René Redzepi. The results will be announced in April in London.

It is the official journal of the British Academy of Culinary Arts and the British Academy of Food and Wine.
