Retention
Retention ( Latin: retinere = " restrain ") stands for:
- Hold retention ( philosophy), ability of consciousness, in addition to accruing to current perceptions and perceptions of the immediately preceding moment
- Retention ( right ), to make use of the right to retain a service to be provided until a claim, a claim that has been provided to meet these performance
- Retention ( medicine), retention of certain substances or liquids; other meanings: Immobilization of a bone fracture or correct a deformity
- Retention (dentistry ), dental retention occurs when a tooth in the jaw remains trapped and does not break
