The Reuchlin -Gymnasium is a general education high school of the city of Pforzheim with a language and a scientific orientation. It was named after the humanist Johannes Reuchlin ( 1455-1522 ).

History

The history of the Reuchlin -Gymnasium dates back over 500 years. 1447 Pforzheimer a Latin school was first mentioned as a predecessor school, whose foundation is in the dark. They probably owe their existence to the establishment of the collegiate church of St. Michael at the castle. The destruction of the city on February 23, 1945 met the Reuchlin -Gymnasium in building material so strong that it was not rebuilt. Educational opportunities

Events
