Rhijnvis Feith

Rhijnvis Feith ( born February 7, 1753 Zwolle, † February 8, 1824 in Zwolle ) was a Dutch poet and singer.

Life

Rhijnvis Feith studied law at Leiden University. 1776, he returned to his native town, only took over the office of the mayor, then the Einnehmers of the Admiralty College. He died on 8 February 1824 in Zwolle.

Rhijnvis Feith gave the Brieven over verscheidene onderwerpen (Amsterdam 1784-94, 6 vols ) and Brieven aan Sophie over the geest van de Kantiaansche wijsbegeerte (1806 ) and other prose works out. A complete edition of his works appeared elfbändige 1824 in Rotterdam.
