Rhodeus (Greek rhodeios - rose ) is a genus of bitterling ( Acheilognathinae ). The majority of its member species in East and Southeast Asia at home, two species of bitterling and Rhodeus meridionalis are also native to Europe.

Features

The small remaining carp fish, only a kind of reached a standard length of more than ten centimeters, have a small, slightly under constant and somewhat obliquely standing foot without barbels.
