Ribonucleoprotein

Ribonucleoproteins (RNP ), protein complexes containing RNAs. Such complexes are, for example, the ribosome subunits, the spliceosome, the holo - telomerase snRNP 's and hnRNP 's nuclease RNase P, and various translation initiation factors, which are all localized in the nucleus. They occur in all living things. Another example of such complexes is about the RNA induced silencing complex (RISC), silencing of the RNA binds to the double-stranded siRNA, the two strands of a biodegradable and then to a target sequence of RNA ( target RNA ) binds and this degrades.
