Ric Waite
Ric Waite (* July 10, 1933 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, † February 18, 2012 in Los Angeles, California ) was an American cinematographer.
Life
Richard Waite initially studied architecture and worked as a fashion photographer. First cinematic works he produced with commercials for television, for which he then photographed feature films. Since the mid- 70s Waite also worked as a cinematographer in the film. Action films are as much his work as comedy or musical films such as Footloose.
1977 Waite was honored for his camera work in the miniseries The price of power with an Emmy.
