Richard Dunn (boxer)

Richard Dunn ( born January 19, 1945 in Leeds ) is a British boxer who was defeated in the battle for the world title in the heavyweight division of Muhammad Ali in 1976. Ali defeated him in the fifth round with a knockout punch, where it was in that victory to Ali's last knockout success at all. Despite the unequal struggle were many British fans think that Dunn has been one of the best fights in the British Boxkampfgeschichte. In his honor, a sports complex was named in his native Bradford after him. Dunn is retired and lives in Scarborough.
