Richard Tuggle
Richard Tuggle ( born August 8, 1948 in Coral Gables, Florida) is an American screenwriter and director.
Tuggle's first film as a screenwriter in 1979 was the literary adaptation Escape from Alcatraz with Clint Eastwood. Five years later, the 1984 thriller The Tightrope, also starring Clint Eastwood; here Tuggle wrote the screenplay and was also the director.
