Ricky Stenhouse, Jr.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. ( born October 2, 1987 in Olive Branch, Mississippi) is an American race car driver. He won the 2011 NASCAR Nationwide Series.

Career

Stenhouse began his motorsport career in Midget race in 2003. He took part in up to 2012 Midget race. In 2008 he made ​​his debut in the ARCA Racing Series. He won two races and finished fourth in the drivers' standings. In 2009 he drove for Roush Fenway Racing for the first time in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. He participated in 7 of 35 races in part, scored a pole position and was 62nd in the Drivers' Championship. 2010 Roush Fenway Racing at Stenhouse remained in the Nationwide Series. He did not take part in only three races. A third place was his best result and he finished 16th in the overall standings. 2011 Roush Fenway Racing completed Stenhouse for the entire Nationwide Series season.
