Riddes (Eng. earlier Riden ) is a municipality in the district of Martigny in the French speaking part of the canton of Valais in Switzerland.
From Riddes goes out since 1941, the cable car Riddes - Isérables to 610 meters higher in Isérables, which was previously virtually inaccessible.
The local council of Riddes consists of 5 members, one of which currently belong 4 of the FDP and one of the CVP.
To Riddes heard the hamlet Ecône, which is known as the seat of the traditionalist Society of St. Pius X..
